Positiv: Strand ist nicht weit auch der Hundestrand, Wohnung im großen und ganzen sauber Negativ: E-Mail Kontakt gleich Null, telefonisch nicht erreichbar bzw kein Rückruf, bei Ankunft zum Schlüssel holen - sehr unhöflich, wenn man Fragen stellt, Büro herrscht ein Chaos, Möbel könnten auch mal neue her (Couch), die Matratzen komplett durchgelegen und zu weich (Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert) Geschirr gering und schmutzig, Tassen von Werbepartnern und dann nur in sehr geringer Zahl. Verdunklungsvorhänge im Schlafzimmer wären auch mal toll. Und zum Schluss, Wohnung im EG mit Hund wäre besser, wenn ich schon inbder Email erwähnt hatte, das wir mit einer Rentnerdame anreisen, da wäre der eine Rückmeldung sinnvoll für uns gewesen. So musste ich jedesmal 25kg Treppe rauf und runter tragen. Nach der Nachfrage für das Wlan Passwort bekommt man eine persönliche pampige Antwort das sie auf dem Heft letzte Seite steht, aber am Anfang zu lesen ist WLAN passwort beim Vermieter erfragen. Wir werden dort jedenfalls nicht mehr buchen, da Preis für Wohnung definitiv zu teuer ist!

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in strandnaher Lage von Koserow. Es war sauber , nur das WLAN war sehr schwach.
