Very nice hotel. Great views of Osaka from my room. Good location, walking distance to Dotonbori. Easy access to Osaka metro system.

The stand out about this hotel is the people. Everything with the property is excellent. But a hotel is about people. The people that care for you here are so lovely and warm that they feel more like family. You really look forward to seeing them every day and engaging them on the traditions and culture of Japan.

Amazing hotel, great location, very helpful staff.

This hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Very convenient location right by the main Kyoto streets of shopping and food. Close to subway and bus stations. The property looked brand new to me. Everywhere was so clean and the staff were very friendly, efficient, and professional. The Onsen was such a unique element of the hotel. The rooftop terrace was open from sunrise to midnight to all hotel guests and it had a breathtaking view of Kyoto. There was mineral hot water bath on the rooftop and you could dip your toes in as you were sitting and enjoying the view. It was fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto. Only note for travellers if you care about the view of the hotel room's window. Our room was on the third floor and from the window we could only see the roofs of the other houses and if you looked down their backyards. We had the curtain down all the time and enjoyed the view of the city from the terrace.
