"The room was spacious, clean end OK, but the tv was very small, and I missed something on the walls, like a painting, a drawing or a picture. The reception is very small and personal, and works OK, but some of the staff hardly spoke or responded when spoken to... The breakfast is OK, and so is the bar. One of the best things about the hotel, is the location. Short distance to most of attractions downtown. All in all a nice stay."

"Check in was nice and easy and appreciated that I was allowed to check in at 11.00 when I arrived. The sleeping area in the room was nice although not too big. It was very warm in Poznan when I visited and the room felt stuffy even with the air con on so I didn’t sleep very well. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the balcony door open during the night while I slept. Bathroom was a good size but felt dated, as did the balcony. The shower gel ran out while I was there and clearly wasn’t refilled before I checked in. In room safe and fridge were a nice touch. Breakfast was just ok, it felt very chaotic and the food was more catered to Polish people which I understand due to being in Poland. I wouldn’t completely rule out staying here again in future if I returned to Poznan but feel like I would many try somewhere else. The hotel is in a good location and Poznan is a really nice, clean and safe city to visit for a night or two."

"Although the staff was very friendly, not even the reception employees spoke English which made communication very difficult. The room was very spacious although there were spiderwebs around the ceiling and the deadlock did not work. The key card sleeve indicated that the restaurant was open until 11 PM. When I went down at 10:15, they were already closed and there was no option to order a snack or even a glass of wine. There was no minibar in the room either. Also, they applied no salt to the driveway or parking, which was a veritable sheet of ice. All in all an overpriced and disappointing stay. "
