The building consists of a reception area on the ground floor which is accompanied by a staircase that leads to the main area of the house. The house has two bedrooms, one of which overlooks the Ancient Agora of Kos. Next is the living room with characteristic curvilinear windows of Italian style, which has a balcony overlooking the most central street of the island (Hippocrates Street). The kitchen is an ideal space for lovers of cooking and is fully equipped to create your own meals. It also has a dining area. The door of the kitchen leads to the 30 square outdoor terrace of the house.The outdoor courtyard is adorned with plants and has a table with chairs so you can eat your breakfast or relax in the evening.
