Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the downtown but very near to the fast and efficient metro system. Took only a few minutes to be near Nyhavn. The room was very clean. It was very hot during our visit, and the room had no AC and no fans. I wonder now if I should have texted a request for a few fans?? We will stay there again if we return to Copenhagen.

It wasn't excellent it was outstanding in all respects! We were ministered to like kings and queens royalty. I wasn't expecting such amazing honest genuine concern for our needs. We hated to check out so soon, only because of distance to our extended family. The bus 23 goes to the metro Or you can rent a bicycle with a basket The neighboring Cafe and extension of the hotel shows they are popular and are in bug demand.

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance of most attractions in the city center. Outstanding breakfast. Really nice deco in the guest room. The one thing that wasn't perfect was that the sink in the room drained quite slowly. The staff were super helpful in helping address this, which towards the later part of our stay did seem much improved. The staff also gave us the option to check out different rooms. We ended up staying in the room first assigned to us because it faces the interior courtyard and the layout was better.
