Hotel seemed understaffed. There was a large event during our stay and only 2 working the registration desk. We had a complex reservation so the kiosk wasn't an option.
While in the casino we rarely saw any servers offering drinks.
Some stalls in the food court either ran out of food or open/closed at random hours.
It's frustrating to call the front desk for service and not be able to reach a person. Guests don't want to punch through a series of recorded messages when they need help. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. We had to go down to the front desk and wait around to find someone to report it.
Please staff your properties to meet guest needs, not simply to be cost efficient. You'll retain more guests if we feel there are real people providing services.

Very disrespectful employee at the front desk charged me 3 times more then what was booked. Bus Istvan representative at the front desk was very disrespectful and charged me extra for things not mentioned. It was a very bad experience I do not recommend it.

Absolutely beautifully property. Large gorgeously appointed and quiet rooms. The staff were super friendly and the meals on site were awesome. Definitely a lovely place to stay for a few nights and unwind.
