The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked using fitness center, and the pool area was very nice and uncrowded. Free transportation to the airport was a real bonus. The onsite restaurant was convenient but just okay for dinner; there are better options around town.

The property was right downtown Koror with all of its amenities. Staff was super friendly and kind. The view in either directiond to the rooms was breathtaking.

All staff are friendly welcoming and attentive, trying to make me feel at home. Rooms are spacious and amenities are well prepared. Located in the center of koror so bars, restaurants, shopping centers and convenience stores are in walking distance.

Everything was great and staff were all friendly. Chose this hotel for elevator due to mother in wheelchair. The last day, there was a power outage and the elevator was not functioning. I saw power crew working on the road that morning. Too bad that there was no generator to work the elevator.

Good place to stay

Hotel is well organized, staff very helpful. My room was spacious, very clean and quite comfortable, with a nice bay view. Not so pleasant was the noise from air condition comig from a roof beneath my balcony. Breakfast was O.K., though in Europe a buffet offers usually better choice. I personally appreciated lthe large and nice swimming-pool. Good news also is that Palasia is in walking distance to shops and restaurants and other places, e.g. Etpison Museum, Post-Office, and a public bus stop is very close.

Spacious room with a great view of Palau when you get up in the morning. All the staff are friendly and caring, and helped me out every time I asked for assistance. Wi-Fi is stable in any room you’re in, which provides a good environment for online meetings and likewise.

Stayed at the Palasia Hotel for almost a week. Transparently stayed in a Junior Suite, which allowed for plenty of space for everyone. The room was clean with fine water temperature and pressure. The Wi-Fi was strong in the room, as was the AC. They had great fitness (gym) facilities. There were numerous cardio machines, along with free weights, a sauna and steam room. Our room included breakfast which had an appropriate amount of variety. Generally there was a mix of hot and cold items and it varied from day to day. There was self-serve laundry for $7.00 (wash and dry inclusive) and many stores/restaurants near by. Definitely would recommend for those visiting Palau.

The junior suite room was ok. But I was disappointed with 2 major things. That are standard in all the hotels I have stayed at. Especially in a junior suite. This is of the utmost importance to me. 1) Taking a shower with a good temperature hot water. I could not take a shower, nor use the jacuzzi Right Away! I called the front desk staff. For maintenance to come take a look. Their response from maintenance, who never came to the room; said to just run the water for 10-15 minutes. It took longer than 15 minutes. In order for me not shower or bathe in cold water. I had to keep the sink, shower and jacuzzi faucets open and running. For more than 20 minutes in order to get warm water. The water temperature never got hotter than luke warm water. I ended up pouring into the tub, 5 pots of water. I had warmed up from the hot water kettle. 2) Bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. There was no softness in the mattress. I was unable to get a good nights’ sleep. And had to go to my friends room to sleep. Which was a standard room, with a very comfortable, soft bed. Bed needs to be changed. Hot Water/temperature in the bathroom sink, shower and jacuzzi needs to be immediately available and adjustable. Customers should not have to wait to get (at the very least) warm water. On a Plus side, the complimentary hotel shuttle to the airport was readily available to Expedia members. Thank you for that.

The decor is a bit dated with lots of glass and shiny surfaces -- think 80s glamour -- but the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful (as was everybody I encountered in Palau). The hotel caters to Asian tourists so the complimentary breakfast may seem a bit lacking to westerners who are accustomed to basics like yogurt, bacon and even orange juice. The wifi was better than I've experienced in some urban hotels, and while the shower took a while to heat up, it did eventually. While it will ultimately depend on availability, I was able to get a late checkout to 6pm for half the daily rate. There's a luggage room if you need to store your bags between check-out time and your flight. The hotel is right on the main strip so you're close to restaurants, the post office and other amenities. There are no beaches or parks nearby though, so you're limited to the pool if you want to go swimming.

They had lots of parking (underground too). It’s b a large hotel, so when others were sold out they had a last minute room for us. I told them my husband was injured and I needed help. They offered a security guard to wheel chair him from across the street (which was super nice). Then they put us in a room that had the bathtub entry more than 2 feet off the floor (not cool). Especially when they have other rooms with a walk in shower. The hotel echos and you can hear kids playing in the pool or game (pool table/ foseball) area all the way on the highest floor (6th). Now staying that’s high is beautiful and you can see over nearby hotel a to the water, so the view is great. The bed an and towels are hard. It’s a Chinese co-owned hotel and feels that way at breakfast. I would stay here if i was desperate. They offer free hotel transfer to/from he airport if you book online like expedia etc. off not they connect you to a safe taxi service.
