"The accommodation was lovely, the pool beautiful and clean with a view of the sea. The restaurant next door, overlooking the sea, was lovely and very romantic. The location was secluded and a car is essential but just what we wanted. Daily cleaning of room, bed linen and towels was excellent. The TV reception was poor so take a laptop if you want to watch a movie. Loved the walk down to the private little beach, warm water and beautifully clear."

"Very nice Villa in a great location. Interior is very nice and furnishings all high quality. Very clean throughout, with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. Good aircon throughout. Outside, the pool is a great size, good quality sun loungers, plenty of shady spots. It is not far from some fantastic beaches and close to a great local shop and coffee shop / bakery. Parking close to the Villa is no problem. Overall a great Villa for a large group."

"Blissful. The perfect combination of Villa and Beach holiday. The house is lovely. Beautifully done except perhaps for one or two of the bathrooms. It might be good to think about a shady seating/eating area outside for more than 4 people. The wi-fi is temperamental and weirdly much better at Cavo Barbaro. So combined with almost zero 5G this can make communication problematic. Ask Carol! Perhaps steps or pots where the level drops from the dining area. Dangerous for little ones and adults alike! You should update the web page…..we felt that the house and garden are immeasurably nicer than the pictures! These are minor observations. We adored our stay and when Corfu calls to us again we will definitely choose Avlaki Beach House. Thank you again."

Excellent easy access and turning even for our 9 seater minivan.We were a family holiday and loved the use of the small children's pool and the bbq.Please note that you only get 1 key that also activates all the electricity in the property. So when you go out everything goes off. A/C understood. However it also stops the fridge/freezer and the dishwasher!Owner came by everyday cleaning pool etc and was very responsive to our needs."
