"Located in the city centre so easy to walk everywhere. Street parking is difficult. I suggest the garage parking at the Tribunal centre (around 10 minutes walk away at a daily rate of 19e) or the parking on the shore line which is free overnight and around 25 minutes walk). Flat was comfortable especially the bed. Plenty of room. I had no hot water when I arrived so needed to put the boiler on (via a switch next to the lighting). "The hotel was located outside of the main tourist area but was a very easy walk from it. The apartment living space was large but the kitchen was small if one had the intention to actually cook in it. However for coffee, use of a refrigerator and a light breakfast, it was fine. I appreciated the washer at this point on our trip and it worked well. Parking was about a 10 minute walk away on mostly flat ground. The Pri Mari restaurant next door was very good. "

"Near enough to centrale! 20 minute walk to Piattza de l’Unite. Gréât paticierra nearby. Several very convenient grocery stores. Perfectly quiet second floor with elevator if you need it. Air conditioning works well. Kitchen well enough equipped. I readily recommend!! Gréât shopping area Very nice stay and I was there for a month. Easy walk to a taxi stand if you need one but you can walk everywhere"

"We enjoyed our stay at Marco's flat. Marco was very accommodating and welcoming. The flat is in a quiet area about a quarter of an hours walk from the centre of Grado. There are bikes available and it is extremely easy to cycle around the area. There is also a no. 37 bus which goes every half hour into Grado. Tickets can be bought from the local bar. "Wir bedanken uns für den perfekten kurz Urlaub. Der ort umag ist sehr schön. zu Fuß ist der schöne sandstrand in 20 min zu erreichen. Der hafen und die Restaurants laden zum flanieren ein. "Had a great stay here for five nights. Mario, Mira, and family are wonderful, thoughtful hosts. We had a welcome dinner, got a box of vegetables from Mario’s garden, and were invited to his granddaughters’ birthday party (it was on the property one day), and to a village festival right nearby. The space is essentially as shown in the pictures (perhaps just a bit less bright), was super clean, and had pretty much everything we needed, including kitchen staples and washing detergents. "Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, waren zunächst im 1. OG, hatten dann das Angebot auf Nachfrage erhalten ins EG zu ziehen, da wir einen Hund dabei hatten. Auch das verlief super einfach. Der Besitzer Zoran war immer wieder vor Ort, war für jede Frage offen, zwei kleinere Reparaturen wurden innerhalb von 30min behoben, TOP!! Der Vermieter spricht auch perfekt Deutsch, war per Email jederzeit erreichbar und hat superschnell geantwortet. Vielen Dank! Toller Service😊"

"My wife and I travel often and we have never received a more warm and hospitable welcome than from Neva and her husband. The house is amazing, built in the 1500’s and nicely updated. The location is convenient to explore the area and in a small cute town high on a hill. We made new friends during our visit and it was one of the highlights of our trip. I highly recommend if you are looking for a central home base for a few days and would like to meet some wonderful people."
