Area and property itself nicely built. Check in/out very easy. Staff cleaning excellent.All staff courteous, helpful and friendly.
No complaints about costs. Good value.
Would encourage management to keep up to date with ceiling maintenance. Not a problem for guests at the present time.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. All the staff were polite and welcoming. My room was ideal.That breakfast buffet was good every day, likewise the cafe, pool and gym. Next time I am in Nairobi, I will return to this hotel.

Really good location, shops, restaurants club nearby, withing walkable distance, everything else within 20-25 minute cab ride. Bed very comfortable. Good size balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Only 2 negatives, no washing machine and the traffic noise in the early morning is loud. Overall I really liked it and would definately return.
