Good location, many opportunity areas

Heating in the room is adequate. The water pressure is good; thus hot shower is enjoyable There are a few opportunity areas. Staff visibility/availability *We arrived at the hotel at 4:10 PM. We had to wait for quite a while upon check-in because the receptionist wasn't there *No information was given on the breakfast time. Moreover, we were also not informed that the hotel locks the main door at midnight. When we returned to the hotel at ~12:30 AM, we were locked out. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes outside, in freezing temperatures. We were only able to get inside the hotel when another hotel guest who was in his room, saw us; and finally opened the door Safety *Hotel receptionist Yusuf never wore a mask. Aside from being a receptionist, he also makes the food for breakfast. When he prepared our breakfast, he neither washed his hands nor used a disinfectant like alcogel prior to handling the food. We decided not to eat the food items that came in contact with his bare hands; and had our second breakfast outside the hotel *At one point, it took time for the receptionist to show up, and open the main door which was locked from inside. There was no visible key that could be used to open the locked door. This is a potential safety hazard in case of emergency Smoke & Soundproofing *The room smells strongly of smoke (burnt wood and/or cigarette). The property acoustics is poor *Once in the room, one can loudly hear noise from the other rooms, including running water

Eşimi ve annemi gönderdim, 1 gece kaldılar. Rezil oldum, mutfağından odalara hiç memnun kalmamışlar.. aman dikkat, sokakta kalırsanız tercih edin bu hoteli....

This is a small hotel with a fantastic location. In that respect it suited me perfectly. It is a budget place and for that it fits. I have rated it higher than I maybe should because for the price I did not expect more. It was not at all perfect but not to expect that. It was all that was needed in the circumstances and I would recommend it to anyone who does not want five star and would return there if I can ever visit Konya.

Nice older hotel in the perfect location

Hotel staff spoke essentially no English - but were very nice. The room was pretty clean for an older hotel and the AC worked well. The WiFi was excellent for the area. The elevator was nice and could squeeze three people or two with luggage.

Waar voor je geld! Heerlijke bedden en goede douche. Wel oud en gedateerd maar schoon. Elke dag kamerschoonmaak. Goede locatie. Minpunt is dat er in hotel gerookt mag worden, rooklucht in de kamers.

Konum olarak Konyanın merkezinde bulunan Konak Hotel ne yazıkki konfor yoktu, yattığı mız yataklar hiç rahat değildi ve her kıvışladığımızda gacur gıcık ediyordu. Kahvaltıda bir bardak içecek şu istediğimiz görevli içecek şu olmadığını eğer istersek Otelin yan tarafında bulunan Bakkallar şu alabileceğimizi söyledi!
