"Everything was perfect. Really modern & clean rooms. Food very good for evening meals & breakfast. Excellent breakfast buffet..the best we have ever had at a hotel I would say.. Really helpful staff. Really good value stay too. Parking in the underground carpark was really handy and not too expensive. I would give it 10 out of 10 overall...and I will definitely be looking out for Holiday Inn options when I holiday in future."

"Overall cleanliness is excellent. Front staff should have been more knowledgeable about recommendations to tourists on food, entertainment, attractions in the city. Mini fridge was not working. Welcome water drink in the room must at least be cold and in the fridge specially on for summer days."

"What an absolute delight, start to finish! The check in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and chatty, genuinely interested in their guests. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate are offered most of the day, self service, which is great. The bar was open until midnight and the rooftop terrace offered nice views and another place to sit and relax. The room itself was wonderful! So much attention to detail from the lights around the bed, swing, bluetooth speaker, and small kitchenette. It was wonderful. Check out was easy, just a key drop, but again, very friendly staff upon exit. The location is perfect...three minutes to walk to the train into the city. Honestly, it was the best."

"It was a good, decent hotel. The beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good. It was within walking distance of the subway and also there was a grocery store nearby, which was very convenient. Downsides were the room was very small and the air conditioning didn’t work so well, so we were sometimes too hot."

Все чисте нове, велика кімната ,велика ванна кімната ,нам все сподобалося, дуже приємний персонал ,єдине що нас розчарувало, це те ,що проводився ремонт наземного метро і нам не вдалося легко дістатися до готелю ,прийшлось їхати іншим метром до зупинки автобуса і 220 автобусом добиратися ще 15 зупинок і потім ще 20 хвилин йти. Поруч lidl."

"This property is relatively well maintained, but amenities could be a bit better. In the suite there were no mugs (just small coffee cups), no kettle (so no tea), no cutlery and no iron, but there was a stovetop and a microwave, therefore it felt a bit odd, although some cupboards in the kitchen were locked, so who knows if those things were just locked away. Hair drier could do with an upgrade as well. But overall suite was spacious and clean. One downside, they have pushed two beds together, instead of it being a double bed and in the middle of the night one of the beds started drifting away, which was kind of funny, but a bit strange and not what you would expect. Staff was friendly, restaurant is fabulous, breakfast a bit average and location is OK, 14 min walk from U/S bahn or you will need to use the bus or taxi to get there. So if you are looking for something in that area which is basic, it is a good find. Otherwise if you prefer something more elevated amenities wise, it might not be a good fit for you."
