Could do better.

I was disappointed. As a former resident of Kongsvinger I happen to know that this used to be the very best Hotel in the town. It can now only be described as 'tired'. The staff were courteous, but not especially customer oriented. Room was comfortable, but not what I expected of a higher end hotel. ...

I would have preferred if you had told me that you were doing construction everywhere before I booked TWO rooms for 4 adults. Noisy flapping white tarps and ZERO views from any of the windows of BOTH rooms I rented.
