House Rilović offers self-catering accommodation located in Radovčići in Konavle Region, 17 km from the Old Town of Cavtat, a quiet little town with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery. Washing machine, hair dryer and ironing facilities are on guests disposal. The guests will have complete privacy, yet if they would need any help - the owner lives right next to the house and he will be at their disposal. This house features air conditioning in every room, WiFi, free private parking and private entrance. On the outside it provides you with terrace, jacuzzi, swimming pool and outdoor furniture. On the inside it provides you with two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa and plasma SAT TV and fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, oven, water kettle and coffee machine. Washing machine, hair dryer and ironing facilities are on guests disposal. The guests will have complete privacy, yet if they would need any help - the owner lives right next to the house and he will be at their disposal. Der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse bietet Ihnen außerdem die Möglichkeit, die Gegend zu bewundern, beispielsweise bei Sonnenuntergang. Außer der Küche gibt es im Haus auch eine Sommerküche. Wenn jemand an bestimmten Tagen kochen möchte, ist das meiner Meinung nach ein großes Plus. Ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Besitzer, der diskret in einem durch einen Eingang abgetrennten Teil wohnt. ci dieses Hauses (es hat uns nicht gestört, aber man sollte es im Hinterkopf behalten), Wir waren zu Beginn der Saison nach einer längeren Vermietungspause in diesem Haus, daher sind einige Elemente verbesserungswürdig und es gab noch Platz zum Reinigen und Ergänzen meine ich zum Beispiel die Sommerküchenausstattung, den Schwimmbadbereich (Sonnenliegen wären sinnvoll etc.), einige stark abgenutzte Elemente, wie zum Beispiel ein Sofa in der Nähe des Schwimmbades, Aber ein ganz großes Plus ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den bergigen Teil und ein Stück Meer in der Ferne.
