Beautiful cottage for family vacation with sea view from the balcony.



This modern house in a small idyllic place in Molunat is ideal for larger families with children who want to spend their vacation in a quiet location and yet close to the sea. It consists of a first floor, where there is a kitchen with dining and living room, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor there are 5 more bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. From the balcony on the second floor you have a beautiful sea view.



Relax on comfortable deck chairs on the terrace refresh yourself in the pool and enjoy the sun and summer in the company of family and friends. Use the terrace in front of the kitchen in the shade to enjoy barbecue dishes or dinner with a glass of wine from this area.



Visit the town of Cavtat (about 30 km) with its numerous beaches, promenades and restaurants and historic Dubrovnik (about 43 km), which will delight you with its sights and events in the summer.

The villa was lovely and spacious with beautiful views, in a very quiet location yet walking distance to the sea, local restaurants and a small supermarket. We really enjoyed our stay and the owners made us very welcome and also sold their own very good quality and good value local produce eg red wine and cheese. The grounds are really pretty with lots of trees and flowers and different shaded areas to relax in which was perfect for our group of 4 couples. We would love to come again!

Beautiful villa in nice little village. Very clean and modern villa. Nice and friendly people who take care on villa. Enogh soace for a bigger family. We were nine people and still had one room empty. People in croatia are very friendly and speaks good english. Croatia is very beatiful country.Thank you for eveything.

Vi hade en härlig vecka i Molunat. Villa Molonta är ett jättefint hus och det finns allt man behöver. Värdinnan Anita var så trevlig och hjälpsam. Skulle gärna återvända :)

Modernt hus där allt man behöver finns. Fantastiskt läge på en sluttning med utsikt över havet.Poolen är topp men det kanske känns trångt runt poolen med tanke på hur många man kan bo i huset. Gångavstånd ner till havet, lilla matbutiken och de restauranger som finns.Vi hade hyrbil de första dagarna men kan rekommendera hela veckan.Värdparet är väldigt gästvänliga och hjälpsamma.Vi har haft en fantastiskt semester och kan varmt rekommendera huset och lilla Molunat.

Vi hade en superbra vecka i Villa Molina. Härligt hus med stor o fin pool. Luftkonditionering i varje sovrum (vilket behövdes i 36 graders värme). Tvättmaskin, barnstol var en trevlig överraskning. En liten kort promenad till affär, restauranger (en nyöppnad). Ta dock med cash, alla tar inte kort. Supertrevlig värdinna Anita som hjälpte oss med tips, handling mm. Rekommenderar verkligen 🤩

Villa was exactly as described and in a quiet location with sea views but only a few mins walk down into the village of molunat. Molunat is a quiet seaside village but has all amenities you need with a supermarket, and a couple of bars and restaurants. Bus to Dubrovnik but you need a car to visit the local area. Excellent communication throughout with the owners and made to feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Points positifs : superbe vue sur la mer et jolie piscine. Extérieurs très agréables et suffisamment vaste pour 14 personnes, avec un barbecue. La maison est grande, et chacune des chambres a sa salle de bain. Molunat est un village tranquille, avec une supérette, deux restaurants, un bar, une baie magnifique avec petite plage et plongeoir aménagé sur les rochers. Points négatifs : les salles de bain sont un peu vétustes. Le lave-vaisselle promis n’était pas présents, tout comme plusieurs meubles dans la cuisine, disparus par rapport aux photos de l’annonce. La propriétaire nous a dit que le lave-vaisselle était en panne et que la maison allait subir des travaux. Justement, même s’ils sont accueillants et serviables, les propriétaires habitent sur le même terrain, dans la maison voisine, ce qui n’était pas précisé dans l’annonce. Cela nous a surpris mais ne nous a pas dérangé.
