Not bad. Mattress, pillows, size of room good. Not super walkable. Staff speaks very little English - but they tried…they seemed a little upset I missed breakfast first day - kept badgering me about why, which made me feel uncomfortable (felt like they were angry). Second day I ordered eggs and they were served 1/2 cooked - haven’t had that experience in my 4 weeks in Vietnam - so I didn’t eat them out of fear of salmonella risks. Once again I felt on the defensive as was peppered with challenging words about not eating.
I had MUCH better breakfast and service at Dreams3 for in Dalat for 1/4th nightly cost

Lovely homestay
"We enjoyed our stay with Mr. Co and family. They are so kind and we really loved our morning boat birding trip. The location is good, just a short walk to the park entrance, and the location is quiet and surrounded by fruit trees. Nice budget accommodation for a trip to Cat Tien."

"Would not recommend staying here at all. We were literally the only guests staying at this hotel and I’m assuming to save costs, the lights were always shut and nothing was available. "Short stairs to neat waterfall ! Waterfall view room is best because overlooking waterfall and great for sleeping sounds. Staff helpful to get whatever you need. Thuy went and picked a papaya for me! Family run. Nice garden with great views."
