The hotel is located in a very accessible area. Dotonbori is walkable…15-20mins. On your way, you will see a lot of restaurants as well. The lobby is nicely decorated and the staff are all helpful and attentive of our needs.

The hotel is very well located, and the rooms are also very nice. However, the breakfast service could be improved, as it gets very crowded at certain times.
What I didn’t like was that the rooms are not cleaned daily unless you request it. We did request housekeeping, but they only made the beds and did not properly clean the room—for example, the sink and bathroom area were left untouched.
