"Customer service is impeccable! Lovely guy sorted it all for us and even let us use hotel pool after checkout as flight so late. Please book this is a fabulous villa, great pool, can walk to restaurants and a little “strip”. We hired a car for beaches and trips but loads of scooter hire places too. No loud nightlife, go to Paradise Cafe for excellent service and great prices greek food. "

There was a bus stop right outside the hotel that would take you to Rhodes or to Lindos which was convenient. The hotel arranged our taxi to & from the airport which was so helpful. "I liked the beach in the bay, views, fairly well equipped gym and good food. I didn't like the app's poor UX and the hotel staff to the most of the questions answering "it's available in the app". I don't mind checking/reminding myself details in the app but it would feel more hospitable if the staff could tell some brief info when asked, yet even for such a minor things like meal times I was directed to see the app. I'm a tech savvy person but I'd like be able to put my phone away whilst...

"The staff and personal of the hotel was great and had good service. The hotel overall was great and would highly recommend. But the room we got was not that fresh and we found bugs almost everywhere. I told it about the manager and they were full booked otherwise they would offer an upgrade or another room. "

"The hotel room was great with a nice hot tub style bath. The tv was a good size with a couple of english tv shows. The garden/patio area was small but had a lot of sun to dry bikinis etc. The room had a safe and refrigerator to store wine and water etc. The water in the room didnt run very hot which was a little annoying. The garden view was more of a patio, not really a view. Overall, the room was lovely unless you are quite picky. The hotel was very close to the beach, just across the road....

"This all inclusive hotel was an excellent choice for my family. It was very clean (and I am picky)! The pool was a big hit along with the drink bar (included in the all inclusive price). The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was good with a wide variety of choices that changed daily. The staff was all nice. It is located about 15-20 minutes from the Old town so a rental care would be helpful. For us it was a great location close to other areas of Rhodes we visited such as Lindos. Only a five...
