"Customer service is impeccable! Lovely guy sorted it all for us and even let us use hotel pool after checkout as flight so late. Please book this is a fabulous villa, great pool, can walk to restaurants and a little “strip”. We hired a car for beaches and trips but loads of scooter hire places too. No loud nightlife, go to Paradise Cafe for excellent service and great prices greek food. "

"The Team at Casa Cook are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, they are there when you need them but otherwise they are discreet. Brilliant team and make the hotel. Room was wonderful. Never did I tire of looking at our view, nor direct access to the pool. Again, it had everything and was comfortable. Bed was super comfortable! "The staff were very friendly and helpful. I left my phone in one of the local buses. The lady at the reception called the bus company for me and made arrangements to retrieve my iphone. "The hotel room was great with a nice hot tub style bath. The tv was a good size with a couple of english tv shows. The garden/patio area was small but had a lot of sun to dry bikinis etc. The room had a safe and refrigerator to store wine and water etc. The water in the room didnt run very hot which was a little annoying. The garden view was more of a patio, not really a view. Overall, the room was lovely unless you are quite picky. The hotel was very close to the beach, just across the road....

"This is not a 5 star property. This is closer to 3 star. The ‘arcade’ area is non existent, the rooms are dated and uncomfortable. Our first room was disgusting so had to pay €250 for a slightly better room. The food is repetitive, entertainment is limited. The hotel is very basic and the resort is small and hard to fill your days. I would not recommend this hotel. "
