"Beautiful hotel, sometimes difficult to access the pool after 10:30am as busy during half terms holidays. Luckily we had the lovely beach to rely on too. Adults only pool was wonderful. Breakfast was nice. Access to lots of restaurants and bars on the beach which was beautiful. Overall lovely hotel and would stay again."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! As someone who frequents hotels, never in my life have I ever experienced a worse hotel in my life. We arrived to our room that was ANT infested. We went back to the front desk and they proceeded to show us 4 more rooms. ALL ANT INFESTED. The manager did nothing to help. Just kept telling us “what do you want me to do”. At this point, it was 10pm and they put us in a room after spraying with roach killer. Instead of CLEANING the DEAD ANTS, they simply LEFT THEM ON THE FLOOR!! They refused to speak with Expedia to help. They refused to resolve the situation in any way. We had to work with Expedia to finally get a refund and get out of this awful hotel at MIDNIGHT! DO NOT COME HERE!!"

"Food and drinks were great although some food and especially coffee was not hot even when asked for it to be. Service was good but exceptional in the Champagne and Wine bar. The 3 ladies in there are so lovely and friendly. Great pool areas and the adult only pool was fab, although children were allowed in April/May so at times was a bit noisy. Room was lovely and big, side sea view room Overall a lovely stay"

"We had an unforgettable 2nd Anniversary at Ella Elissa. Our wedding anniversary getaway was perfect. The resort is clean, neat, and modern, but the outstanding service made it truly special. The staff upgraded us with a nice room, with ocean view! Thank you!! The Asian team staffs were incredibly professional, welcoming, and friendly. The chefs at buffet section were so sweet, serving up delicious meals, as well as the a la carte dining option were exceptional. Highly recommended for a flawless romantic celebration!"

Atlantica Holiday Village Rhodes

"Stayed here as a family group of adults and older teens and unfortunately the resort did not deliver anything close to the advertised 5-star experience. The resort was clearly not fully operational for a large part of our stay. Several advertised facilities were closed or unfinished for nearly half the week. The noodle bar did not open until Monday despite us arriving Friday, the Paaru adults-only bar was closed for several days, and the Irish bar was still being renovated until Tuesday. This was especially frustrating as the Irish bar was advertised as the main indoor venue for live sports and evening entertainment. Because it was unavailable, we had to leave the resort and spend extra money elsewhere to watch major games. It also meant there was effectively nowhere comfortable indoors to sit during the cold and rainy weather, despite travelling with elderly parents and specifically considering indoor facilities when booking. Food was another major let-down. The buffet was repetitive, basic and nowhere near 5-star quality. Despite themed evenings being advertised, there was very little variation night to night and the buffet was often chaotic, with items running out well before service ended. Drinks were often machine-made, overly synthetic and poor quality, and there was nowhere to get a proper fresh coffee during the day. Most concerning was the incorrect food labelling, with vegan marked items listing milk, fish or egg allergens even after concerns were raised"

Lydia Maris Resort and Spa - All Inclusive

"We're just back from 8 days here. First of the staff particularly at reception are fantastic. As soon as you note a problem they get it fixed and are mostly apologetic over issues that happen. Unfortunately for anyone travelling with young children there are a few problems that could easily be avoided if staff reported broken or faulty items such a jagged broken children's table. Others are unavoidable like the towel rack that fell on my 1 year olds head whilst she was on the toilet. The children's pool is extremely slippery with multiple children and adults slipping over. Entertainment is somewhat lacking. Food great array of things particularly if you are not fussy. Vegetarian or vegan is not catered for - I had been told multiple times a dish was vegetarian with bacon or vegetarian with X or simply it is vegetarian no meat or fish to realise it had meat on. On that basis I would not recommend for anyone with an allergy either. Pool area is t cleaned during the day unless you are at the tables. Othe then that staff are helpful and quick to resolve issues. Hotel seems that it was once great but is starting to need repairs/ replacements. One of the few hotels where the road doest lead directly to the pool or exposed part of hotel. Great for travel around the island with bus stop right outside and reception will give a timetable of busses upon request."
