Bra hotell med många faciliteter

Ett bra hotell vars betyg dras ned av den inte alltid så gästvänliga personalen (vi upplevde bl a att de som jobbade på deras Security var ganska otrevliga mot gästerna….dessutom var engelskakunskaperna väldigt begränsade), samt att det inte är tillräckligt bra ventilation i rummen. Annars finns det mesta där. Fyra pooler, ett helt ok gym, bastu och restaurang.

Wir bewohnten ein großes Appartment in der 4 Etage.Es war geschmackvoll gestaltet und es fehlte lediglich an Geschirr und ein paar Küchenutensilien und Nachtischlampen wären schön gewesen.Ansonsten sehr sauber und sogar mit Strandliege etc. ausgestattet.Wir konnten direkt die Tiefgarage von unserer Etage aus erreichen.Gute Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum sehr schönen, auch in der Saison nicht überfüllten Strand.Das Restaurant bietet ebenfalls leckeres Essen.Das Schwimmbecken im Außenbereich ist leider nur ein Kinderbecken mit gefühlten 30 cm Wassertiefe.Für Familien mit Kindern und auch Hunden ist es sehr zu empfehlen.Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Unterkunft war sehr modern und steril eingerichtet. Sauber und sehr freundlich. Die Betten waren für uns leider etwas zu klein, 1,40iger Bett sind wir nicht gewohnt. :-) Schön wäre es gewesen wenn man auch Haken hätte zum aufhängen unserer Handtücher. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Immer weiter zu empfehlen.

Nicht des Geldes wert

Das was luxus sein soll ist es bei weiten nicht. In die Instandhaltung der Wohnungen wird wenig investiert und wir haben mehr bilder von Schäden als urlaubsbilder. Bei dem preis wird sowohl Toilettenpapier als auch spülertaps als "starterset" hinterlegt. 3 für 11 tage , das ist schon sehr traurig. Dann möchte man im Urlaub abwaschen und muss sich erstmal geschirrtücher organisieren, die nicht vorhanden waren. Auch einer ersatzbettwäsche zum wechseln (wie gesagt 11 tage) rannte man hinterher. Wir hatten eine uv lampe (eigentlich für die suche von bernstein) dabei , irgendwann kamen die kinder auf die idee die couch zu beleuchten. Das bild was sich dort bot war einfach nur ekelhaft. Seit beginn hatte meine Tochter ausschlag , nun weiß ich wovon. Meinem Vorreiter der Bewertung mit den silberfischen kann ich mich nur anschließen und mitteilen das es ganz sicher nicht nur das ist. Wer im sommer die meiste zeit am Wasser verbringt sollte es geradeso aushalten, alles andere ist kein Zustand. Im Schwimmbad wird einfach mal um 20:53 uhr das licht ausgeknipst, 7 min. sind 7 minuten und mein chef hätte die Stunde nicht bezahlt. Auch in Polen oder gerade in polen kann man schöner seine zeit verbringen als dort.

Schönes großes Apartment mit zwei Balkone,leider Wespennest vorhanden gewesen,daher konnte man den einen nicht benutzen. Der eine stuhl war kaputt,aber sonst top Hotelanlage mit Pool

Fin sted, men med kulturelle udfordringer.

Fint ophold. Dejlig strand i gå afstand. Endte faktisk også med at blive helt glad for byen Kolobzerg, der ved første øjekast godt kan virke lidt slidt og turistet. Men den rummer meget historie, gode restauranter og fine shopping muligheder. Vores lejlighed var fin, og ren og pæn. Jeg tror det er kulturelt, og måske noget med, at vi ikke kan polsk eller tysk. Men oplevede personalet som ret grove og meget lidt servicemindede. En af dagene tvang to medarbejder sig adgang til lejligheden uden vi forstod hvad de skulle (det vidste sig de skulle sprøjte mod insekter på balkonen). Det var ret ubehageligt. Kunne ellers godt finde på at komme igen.

Bezahlt für 2 Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten und ein Schlafsofa. Bekommen habe ich fur eine 5 Köpfige Familie ein Bett und eine Sofa! Und soviele Silverfische wie dort habe ich nirgends mehr gesehen.

Pobyt bardzo przyjemny. Obsługa bardzo miła i przyjazna. Rewelacyjne jedzenie w restauracji w tym samym budynku. Dobry dojazd i dużo spokojniej niż w centrum. Super lokalizacja jak ktos nie lubi tłumów.

Tolle Apartments nur ca. 700m von der Ostsee

Wir waren insgesamt 6 Nächte in einem Appartment untergebracht. Der Wohnbereich mit Küchenzeile und Schlafcouch, sowie das separate Schlafzimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles sehr neu und hochwertig, wie man es in diesem Preissekment erwartet. Zum Appartment gehörte eine grosse Terasse mit Wäscheständer und Rattanmöbeln. Alles war sehr komfortabel und der Indoorpool war sehr schön. Einziger Kritikpunkt das Appartment war sehr hellhörig und die durch Hotels.com versprochene einmalige Reinigung des Appartment ist nicht erfolgt. Wir würden es aber wieder buchen.

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Unser App. B103 im 1.OG hatte 2 Balkone und war sehr stylisch.

Super fint lejlighedshotel med godt lille pool område. Stedet er perfekt hvis man har børn, da der både er legerum inde og flere legepladser udenfor. Der er ca. 300 meter til virkelig lækker strand og skovområde og 3 km. Til centrum.

Wir haben nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten doch unser gebuchtes Appartement erhalten. Wir können leider nicht nachvollziehen warum man uns erst in einem kleineren unterbringen wollte. Auf jeden Fall war dann alles großartig. Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. W Unsere Kinder wollten natürlich jeden Tag ins Schwimmbad. Dort hatten wir alle viel Spaß. Es gefiel uns nicht, dass es keine Umkleide Möglichkeit gab. Die Männer und Frauen hatten jeweils eine Dusche und ein WC. Es gab keine Bänke, um ggfs. Sachen abzulegen. Also sind wir immer in Badesachen durch die Hotelflure zum Schwimmbad und zurück gegangen. Die vorhandene Sauna muss man mit Badekleidung benutzen, so dass ich im nur einen Saunagang gemacht habe, weil ich mit den nassen Sachen nicht nochmal rein wollte. Das Essen im Restaurant hat allen, auch den Kindern geschmeckt. Frühstück haben wir am Anfang und am Ende in Anspruch genommen. Hier gab es alles was man möchte und von allem reichlich. Zum Meer sind es ca. 10 min zu Fuß und zum Zentrum sind wir immer mit dem Auto gefahren, auch ca. 10 min bis zur Seebrücke bzw. zum Zentrum mit dem Kolberger Dom. Wir haben uns vorgenommen, wieder hierher zu kommen 😊

Sehr gepflegte Anlage

Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Am besten hat uns der Poolbereich gefallen. Bademäntel wären wirklich schön gewesen, weil man doch länger zum Apartment gehen muss. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.....
