Beautiful country house "Waldhaus". Outside the resort, 10 km from the centre of Kollnburg, in a secluded, quiet position, along the wooded area. Private: property, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing, pond. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Motor access to the house (700 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 9 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km, thermal baths 20 km. Tennis 10 km, riding stable 10 km, skisport facilities 50 km, cross country ski track 10 km. Please note: car recommended.
4-room house 180 m2 on 3 levels, on the ground floor. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: large living room with satellite TV, radio, CD-player and heating stove. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms. Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/WC. 2 balconies, terrace. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, box-room. Very beautiful distant view of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The upper floor: open gallery (reading room with table).

Urlaub mit Hund in der Natur

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und es war wieder sehr schön. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, geräumig für 5 Erwachsene, für den Hund ideal zum Laufen, auch wenn es am Hang liegt, und hat eine traumhafte Aussicht. Gerne immer wieder

Sehr schönes Haus, das etwas Zuwendung benötigt.

Das Haus ist sehr schön am Waldrand gelegen. Einsam und ruhig zum Seele baumeln lassen. Allerdings, wo es Licht gibt, gibt es meist auch Schatten. - Die Dachfenster lassen sich leider nicht mehr aufstellen. Lediglich 2 - 3cm sind möglich. Außerdem wäre ein Rollo am Dachfenster wünschenswert. Sehr hell morgens. Ich bin daher immer zwischen 6 und 7 aufgewacht. Dies lag aber auch daran, dass die weißen Gardinen kaum verdunkeln. - Es wäre schön, wenn es im Badezimmer eine Gardine gäbe... Unsere Tochter fühlte sich beobachtet, da der Balkon vorm Bad auch vom Nachbarzimmer betreten werden kann. - Hier und da etwas ausbessern... Viele Grüße und vielleicht bis bald.

Ein Traum am Waldrand

Das Haus war wunderschön. Sehr geräumig, bestens ausgestattet. Ideal um Wanderungen mit dem Hund zu unternehmen oder einfach idyllisch vor dem Haus am Teich zu sitzen und die Ruhe zu genießen.

Super schönes Haus, mega tolle Umgebung

Das Haus war toll!!! Super eingerichtet und harmonisch gestaltet! Leider war eine der zwei Duschen defekt, was aber behoben wird! Für uns war es mit 5 erwachsenen und 2 Kinder leider etwas kompliziert mit dem duschen. Aber wir sind trotzdem sehr zufrieden und waren nicht das letzte mal dort.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem ausgestattet was nötig ist. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Eine Infomappe im Haus wäre wünschenswert und Gästekarten würden auch nicht zur Verfügung gestellt. Hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus.

Super tolles alleinstehendes Ferienhaus

Das Haus war super schön, groß und gemütlich - ein Kamin mitten im Wohnzimmer, eine große Wohnküche, ein großes schönes Bad, alles war sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten mit Teich war ebenfalls spitze. Leider war das Baby-/Kinderbett eine Katastrophe, da es mit Kabelbindern am Lattenrost geflickt war und alle Holzstäbe sich bereits von der Seite ablösten. Selbst mein 5 1/2 Monate altes Baby hatte eine Stange direkt in der Hand.

Perfektes Ferienhaus in der Natur. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Optimale Lage für sportliche Aktivitäten wie Trail-Lauf, Mountainbike, Wandern, Skifahren. Freizeitbad Deggendorf nur 25km entfernt. Wipfelpfad, Skipisten, Kinderland, Seilgarten in St. Englmar nur 20 min mit dem Auto.

Ideal zum Runterfahren...

Absolute Alleinlage, mega Küche - da spielt sich das Leben ab. Zusätzlich zum Elektroherd gibt es einen Holzofenherd. Sehr gemütlich. Grosser Kamin mit Glasscheiben im Wohnzimmer und ein riesiges Sofa. Sehr gemütlich. Draußen ein Feuerkorb und ein Grill. Holz ohne Ende... Wir würden sagen: Für 5 Personen optimal. Einfach nur schön. Wandern mir sehr gut ausgezeichneten Wegen, Rotwein am Kamin, Gemütlichkeit allüberall und übrigens ein cooles Bad 🛁 Wir sind heute abgereist, wären aber gerne noch eine Woche länger geblieben...

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem tollen Ferienhaus, direkt am Waldrand mit super schöner Aussicht ins Tal, gefühlt. Es hat uns an (fast) nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, außer einen Föhn haben wir vermisst. Die Lage ist super und man kann sehr viele tolle Ausflüge und Wanderungen unternehmen.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Nach einer kurzen Schrecksekunde, als unser Navigationsgerät neben einem Holzstapel meinte „ sie haben ihr Ziel erreicht“, waren wir unheimlich froh, letztlich das uns bereits vom Bild her bekannte Ferienhaus einige Meter weiter doch noch zu entdecken.

Es ist ein Traumhaus mitten in der Natur. Hier kann man richtig entspannen. Ein gepflegtes Haus, hier fehlte es uns an Nichts. Auch die Lage ist perfekt zum Urlaub machen. Vom Wandern bis zum Städte besichtigen hier kann man alles machen. Wir werden nicht zum letzten Mal dort gewesen sein....

2 Wochen Auszeit

Voll ausgestattet (Wc Papier, Seife, Waschpulver, Wäscheständer, Grill, Liege, Gewürze, Tee... fehlt an nichts). Super Matratzen. 2 Duschen 1 Wanne, TV von ARD über Sat1, RTL bis Tele5 alles da. Außen Bänke, Tische, Stühle, wahnsinns Ausblick, alles sehr gepflegt, Platz für Kinder, Hunde. Nicht ganz so ruhig. An 7 Tagen wurden wir um kurz nach 7 geweckt, durch einen Bagger vor dem Haus, Säge, Trecker usw. Abends kamen Fremde und feierten im Wald, tagsüber Pilzesammler. Besitzer TOP! Kümmernd!
