It’s clean and basic. Thin walls could hear running and lots of banging. Tv didn’t work properly. Had to wait to use iron

This is a beautiful old hotel centrally located in the inner Stadt that has been beautifully updated giving a sense of old Vienna but with a younger modern feel.
We were warmly welcomed on arrival and our room large and comfortable with nice amenities including bathrobes, slippers etc.
The bed was comfortable as were the pillows and the bathroom was spacious, with good lighting, large towels and nice amenities.
The only fly in the ointment was the lack of hot water for 12 hours during our stay, the small pastry left with the note of apology didn’t really seem adequate for the cold shower.
We ate at 2 of the restaurants in the hotel and our dinner the last night before our departure proved to be one of the best meals of our trip which included several Michelin starred restaurants.
The service, presentation, and quality of the food delivered was world class. The wine selection is superb and my wife and I left feeling this restaurant needs to be on a todo list if visiting Vienna.
Other than the hot water issue we would stay at this beautiful property again

Great stay! Beautiful new hotel. Comfortable, clean and so quiet. Good location and easy walking distance to where you want to be. Having the bar and restaurant on site was a big bonus when we arrived jet lagged and our room wasn’t ready yet but we weren’t quite ready to take on the city. Will stay again!

The hotel is located in a close area to the Old town activities, yet is quite and secluded around the corner. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and staff very attentive to your needs and requests. Rooms are very quite and always cleaned, and the reception staff very friendly and helpful. Definately would be back here when in Austria!
