There’s a small (3cm) step right before the front entrance that is hidden but the shadows. Easily can trip or slip off it’s raining.
Otherwise, the staff were polite. The cleaning crew did a great job and the area was perfect. Close to grocery store, konbinis, within walking distance of several stations.

The room smelled of cigarettes. The furniture was old and missing any modern device connectors like USB
Hotel restaurants were pretty bad. We actually left one without touching the food as it was so bad.
Overall it was something we would not want to repeat. A major downgrade
