"The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our one day stay. Museums, the mall, souvenir store, and good restaurants are within a 25-35 minute walk. The airport is about a 45 min drive. The breakfast buffet has made-to-order eggs and plenty of choices."

"Very small but clean and decent hostel. I booked a private room which was tiny and no bathroom. The price was fairly high for no private bathroom or even mirror in the room. The shared bathroom is nice and overall the property is central and clean. There is a kitchen and restaurant upstairs but I didn’t use either. Stayed only in passing for an early flight. "

"I loved how modern the rooms were at the Bugu Hotel. The bed was comfortable, the shower great and they supply bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was tasty and served in a bar setting. We were able to walk to restaurants and the mall. Friendly staff "

"We had such a great stay at Urban! Very central, so not very far to different places by using yandex/taxi. The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time."

Small concerns over leaking water supply to shower head and unable to get personal safe working and were quickly addressed. Nice free morning buffet breakfast. Only issue if your room is at the back there is train travel but keep your window closed and you will be fine. Also keep your bathroom door closed as there is a live heated line used to dry your towels which can add heat to...
