"This property has no parking. Once you find parking and walk to the street closest you have over a mile up hill and stairs. You have to carry you luggage, cooler, etc up many stairs. You need to be met by an employee because it is difficult to find and she speaks very little English so it was hard to understand where to meet her and so got frustrated. After seeing the place we immediately left and found the Vathi Hotel which is 5 stars and cheaper."

"Terrible experience: shower is tiny and water floods everywhere. Two dead bugs in it. Pillows are small and extremely thick, as the mattresses are. It was impossible to sleep properly. AC working very badly: noisy and leaking water on our heads while trying to catch sleep. We left after one day, despite 5 night booking. Not nice losing the money, but we didn’t want to have our vacation ruined. Expedia agent was very kind and efficient to help us, we can’t say the same with the property owner....

"Absolutely loved our stay at Zein and Andy’s place. The location was perfect - just a 5 minute walk down to the beach and a beautiful view from the garden across the sea and over the mountains. We spent most of our days exploring the Mani and loved returning to the house in the early evening to have a beer in the garden and watch the stars come out. We would highly recommend coming here if you love peace and relaxation!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was always available and proactive. Immaculate property centrally located. We were greeted with the fridge and pantry loaded with everything we needed to get started. Everything functions well, with most modern updates. Can’t say enough good things about the property and its management. "

"Pros: Polite and helpful owners. Only a two minute walk from the city centre. Priceless view from the balconies. The windows shut perfectly in their frames, and street noise is never a problem. The apartment itself is spacious, beautifully built and tastefully decorated in nautical themes and objects likewise. It is fully equipped and no household appliance is missing. Cons: Those of a larger frame might struggle a bit in the shower box, and have to use the bathtub instead."

"The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! They went out of our way to make our stay memorable. The facility was beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast was incredible. The pool with food and bar service was fantastic. We truly enjoyed our stay and would like to return one day!"

"Amazing place to stay in Areopoli. Beautiful stone buildings, very modern accomodations, a very short walk from the old town. Very convenient parking on site. The room was great, had its own patio for relaxing with great views. The owner is very friendly and provided free local wines and snacks. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again, the property is very clean and looks new! "

"Property has potential to be a luxurious hotel- beautiful oceanfront property but seems money isn’t put back into it. Pictures are not accurate- especially of bathroom. Hallways are gross- carpet is filthy- and hallway walls need some help. Room itself isn’t bad- cute decor and clean but our room had water damage near sliding door. Beds are very uncomfortable. Staff was super friendly and accommodating but seem understaffed. Left the property early and booked elsewhere. Sad because this hotel definitely has potential but seems owners just collect the money and run!"

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with great attention to every detail. The location is fantastic, and overall we felt we got far more than we expected. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly pampering experience."
