"The hotel was lovely- felt small and cosy even though it was quite big. It had a family atmosphere, with a relaxed vibe. The food was lovely and varied. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative to our stay was the gym which was dated and didn’t reflect the standard of the rest of the hotel."

"We had one night in Heraklion. This hotel was just perfect for us. Very close to the center of the Heraklion. Just for a few minutes, you have so many shops and restaurants. The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful. The room we stayed in was spacious for family of 4. The view from the balcony was beautiful with ocean and islands. Breakfast buffet was excellent with so many choices. Highly recommend."
