Hello dear vacationers and travelers, the apartment (73sqm) is located in the quiet district of Weiler, next to the spa town of Königsfeld in the Black Forest. You can expect a freshly renovated and well-equipped 3-room apartment including a fully covered balcony with an idyllic view of the Black Forest. Its size and layout make it ideal for 4-6 people. Especially for families with children. The immediate surroundings: Your children will find a children's playground with sliding and climbing equipment in the immediate vicinity. Soccer, basketball and table tennis are also available. Cyclists and hikers can also enjoy several selected trails here. No need to worry about excursion destinations! Are you looking for relaxation, culture, action or family fun? You'll find it here! We will provide you with an overview of various options including addresses and tips for your personal vacation. 10/10 Excellent

Es ist eine sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss, ist aber trotz Hitze eine angenehme Temperatur in der Wohnung gewesen. Es gibt eine zusätzliche 2. Toilette. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Möbilierung auf dem kleinen feinen Balkon, war moderner u d neuer, als auf dem Foto im Angebot. Die Wohnung hat eine ruhige angenehme Lage, von wo aus man sehr schöne Ausflüge unternehmen kann. Es ist ein Teilort von Königsfeld ohne Läden, es gibt ein Bauernhof Automat in der Nähe. Cons: Wir sind von zu Hause natürlich mit insektengitter an den Fenstern verwöhnt. Hier gab es keine und auch keine Vorhänge, die man hätte davor ziehen können. Die Fliegen und Schnacken waren aber trotzdem relativ wenig.
