Patsy was very welcoming and made sure check-in was seamless. The home was close to Godspeed Raceway, which is why we were visiting, and close enough to downtown Gatlinburg. The goat milk soap is amazing(you’ll see if you stay here). The house had everything we needed and more.
What an AMAZING stay over Thanksgiving week!Patsy, the host, quickly answered all of my questions, both before and during, our stay. From the outside the home looks plain. However, when you walk inside it’s like being transported to the most comfortable and beautifully decorated haven. Two living areas allowed us to spread out. A large dining table comfortably seats 8, a 4-seat table in the kitchen, and a small high top that seats 2 in the diningarea. Parking in the driveway and across the property is also owned by Patsy for additional parking. There were so many extras like coffee and hot chocolate pods, 2 coffee makers, a tea kettle, and even a free special soap that Patsy offers as a take away. The bar has been set, and I can’t image finding another property that matches the experience this property provided our multi family stay.5 stars and a huge thank you to Patsy
The home is in a easily accessible location. Easy check in. The house is very cozy and inviting. Patsy is an amazing host and excellent communicator and quickly responds.Looking forward to another visit in near future.
Patsy was the ultimate host - very responsive. We loved the home - so quaint with so many homey touches! It was in the perfect spot for us as we were attending family weekend for our son's fraternity at UT but also close to all the fun in Pigeon Forge. We hope to book again in the future so that we can enjoy the house some more!!
Very comfortable stay. Plenty of space for my family of 6. Quiet location. Great communication with the host, and gave us a lot of local recommendations.
So glad we went with this property for our week long visit. We have a 3 and 5 year old, and the home offered plenty of space for them to play and plenty of space for us to relax after they went to bed. The location is hard to beat for the areas activities, and the host is extremely helpful and quick to respond!
This was hands down. The best stay i have ever had via VRBO. The owner was pleasant, hospitable, very clear on how to get things together in the home. The goat milk soap was a great touch and i absolutely love it. I would love to purchase some. Please do not hesitate to book this space. It’s convenient with tons of charm and owners to match. Thank you

Despristion said hot tub in things to do. Was no hot tub. Host wanted us to call for info on house. I know someone people like that. We how ever are not those people. Put it in a book or email and then let us to us. Nothing wrong with people who live that . I just don't like when descriptions are not right.
