Few improvents needed

The restaurant service is required to be improved a lot. The hotel should have a facility of providing good cab service.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Stayed one night as this was close to the place where I had to meet some one. Leaves a lot to be desired. Room smells of cigarette smoke. Stained sheets. No regular hot water, was asked to leave the tap on for 5 minutes, but without any luck. Breakfast was reasonable. Staff were courteous.
