Overpriced for the amenities offered.]

I chose this place only for the location. The room was too small for 3 people and overpriced for the amenities. The room was a little too noisy for me and so was the air conditioning. The bathroom didnt have a proper tub but a shower, so it gets messy after the shower, its water everywhere.

Don't Stay here, ever.

Front desk staff bad, unhelpfull. WiFi did not work. No pool lounges. Rooms small, bathroom smaller, beds small. No luxury here.

Most service was a bit poor. Gym closed and the entire hotel needs to be fixed up. Staff very helpful and professional. Food very good at evening but the breakfast not that good.

Shoddy bathrooms

The room was fine but curtains were dusty and the bathrooms were very very basic . The toilet seat wouldn't sit straight and the shower area was on the same level as the overall bathroom which got flooded after every shower . For not much more the gokulam park hotel nearby was much better value and extra 50 usd could get you a five star

Not worth the money for a 4 star hotel!!

We were upgraded from double to a supreme room!! But the room was in a very pathetic condition. Checked other rooms close by, looks the same. Bedspreads, blankets, matress, shower curtain all need a change badly.Location excellent!! Food excellent- breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not too expensive. Pool and gym ok.

Het hotel voldoet aan alle verwachtingen. Alleen de ligging is geen aanrader als je Fort Kochi wil bezoeken. Gesitueerd aan een vrij drukke weg maar kilometers verwijderd van shopping of sightseeing mogelijkheden. Een taxi is natuurlijk altijd binnen bereik.

Beste Empfehlung für Hotel Renai Cochin

Ich wurde schon von einem sehr netten Taxifahrer am Flughafen erwartet. Im Hotel angekommen wurde ich bis zu meiner Abreise mit höflicher Liebenswürdigkeit behandelt Das Zimmer war wirklich ruhig und bestens ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer ist ein bisschen klein geraten aber für 2 Nächte in Ordnung. Sauberkeit perfekt .Der Swimmingpool groß und gepflegt. Das Fitness Studio mit modernsten Geräten ausgestattet u.klimatisiert .Das Frühstück läßt keine Wünsche offen und das Seafood Restaurant war ausgezeichnet und es gab traditionelle indische Livemusik mit Geige und Trommel aber in angenehmer Lautstärke und nie aufdringlich. Ich bin als Single gereist .

A very old hotel

We were surprised by what we saw and weren't convinced it is a 4 stars hotel. The hotel was in a very old condition and had moldy smell. Not sure its because Cochin is a coastal city or purely because hotel is too old. Overall it wasn't worthy 4 stars. Staffs were quite nice and helpful though. If you look for a good price, it might be an option to you.

The hotel provided us with a driver who had no idea where he was going and who tried to overcharge us. We could not communicate with him because he didn't speak English at all.

Comfortabele bedden

Verblijf hebben we als heel prettig ervaren. Het personeel was zeer gastvrij en we genoten bijzonder van de maaltijden. Heerlijk vertoeven was het in dit hotel, midden het centrum. Een steenworp afstand van de grootste mall van India.

Comfortable & Clean

My stay was comfortable. No complaints. The rooms are fairly well appointed and the staff helpful. The only feedback would be that the bath area in the room I stayed in was extremely tiny and no space to move about. Since my room was located closer to the main road, it was a little noisy.

comfortable stay

I booked online for 5 nights having never been in Kochi before. The hotel was very comfortable with a choice of restaurants and a bar. The food I had was great in two of the restaurants. All the staff from top down were friendly and accommodating. I think the location is more suited to business men than tourists as it is not close to any of the major attractions of Kochi. HoweverI would recommend the hotel itself.

Exceeded Expectations

This hotel was better than expected. The room and bathroom were clean although the bathroom was a tad small. Staff were friendly and competent. The seafood restaurant served great Keralan food but was a tad expensive by Keralan standards. I would recommend this hotel to others not wanting to be right in the city centre.

Kleine Zimmer, seltasames Bad

Im Hotel sind Zimmer mit einer Zehnerzahl, also zum Beispiel 411, zu wünschen, denn diese sind vom Strassenlärm weniger beeintächtigt. In unserem kleinen Zimmer konnten wir den Safr nicht benutzen, es gab keinen Teekocher, der Fernseher zeigte nur Ameisenrennen und beim Duschen steht das Bad beim WC unter Wasser. Der Mann an der Rezeption war bei unserer Ankunft eher unfreundlich, der Mann beim Auschecken hingegen nett. Das Restaurant machte von aussen einen teuren Eindruck. Drei Gehminuten nach links vom Hotel aus befindet sich ein Domino Pizza, der empfehlenswert ist.

El hotel cumple las expectativas de un hotel para business. La atención por parte del personal es amable y cordial. Instalaciones limpias. El problema es que está situado justo al lado de una travesía principal y es un poco ruidoso.

Veray Good Hotel close to the Kochi Center

Everything was good, hotel has few restaurants and they are offering Western food also. Everything was good, zero complains.
