This was good, the bedding is tatami mat style, a good experience. Fresh towels each day as we used the hotel sauna each evening. Smart and clean, quiet, location short walk to shopping and dining. I would happily use again.

旧館に宿泊しましたが、設備や内装が古く、とてもきれいとは言えません。 エアコンは新しそうで、プラズマクラスター搭載機でしたが、稼働させた途端に煤のようなものが吹き出して来て、せっかくの真っ白で清潔そうなシーツに黒いシミが付いてしまいました。 少し高くても新館にしておけば良かった。と言っても新館には泊まってないので本当に良いのか分かりませんが。

フロントのサービスがとても気持ちよかったです。大浴場に行くのに鍵を取りに行きなければならず面倒でした。また、大浴場の洗い場が3つしかなく、混雑時は大変でした。 部屋の清掃が終わっていなかったのですが、広い部屋に変えてくださったので快適に過ごせました。

夏休みに家族で宿泊させて頂きました。 スタッフの皆さんは、とても親切でした。 朝食も美味しかったです。 フロントに土佐茶がサービスでおいてありました。とても美味しかったです。同じものを購入したかったのですが、見つけられず。 ホテルで販売していただけたら、ぜひ購入したかったです。 気になる点は、お部屋の換気口？音がかなり気になります。お部屋の鍵が２つ頂けたら良かったなと思いました。
