The staff was so kind and patient with the language barrier. The breakfast was really great. I just stayed for a night on my way deeper into the island, but I hope to come back and stay again.

the bathroom is tiny, If you are taller than 5'4" you may have trouble using the toilet. I travelled with my 80 years old mother and she had trouble getting in and out of the bathroom so we had to cancel the reservation and moved to another hotel. the staff there was so helpful and tried very hard to find us a place to stay in town with a bigger bathroom.

スタッフの方がとても良かったです。立地もよく、商店街へもすぐでした。 近隣のコインパーキングを案内してくれましたが、実際は1泊1400円の駐車場が800円でとまれました。 シャワーの水圧が弱かったので、設備は3です。

スタッフの方の対応は良かったのですが、部屋に入ったら隅っこにホコリがたまっていて、不快でした。全体的に掃除が行き渡って居ませんでした、、、それとシャワーの水圧が弱かったです、、、駐車場も有料だったのが残念です。

一泊、二万円もするのにこの設備はない。ホテル自体が古くて部屋も狭い。備品もボロボロ。駅や繁華街から遠くて不便。いろんなホテルに泊まってきましたが、せいぜい1泊5千円の宿。このホテルのこの部屋で二万円はぼったくり。二度と泊まりたくないし、高知という町がこういう事ならこの町にも来たくない。もっと大手のホテルが進出してぼったくり体質を改善してもらいたい。
このバスルームだけで2万の部屋ではない事がわかると思います。

子連れの家族5人で大変お世話になりました。長くやってるホテルだと思うので、正直、客室に関しては古さを感じますし、こじんまりとしたホテルなので部屋は最小限のサイズ感です。金額もすごくお値打ちですし、その中でもかなり工夫しながらサービスを提供されてると思います。新しくて綺麗なホテルでゆっくりしたいという方には不向きです。我が家は予算の関係上、とてもありがたく利用させていただきました。和室を利用しましたが、布団４枚きっちりと敷いてもらってあり、みんなで川の字で寝たのも良い思い出になりました。客室の設備は本当に古いですし、客室の窓から景色は見えないため閉鎖的ではありますが、部屋の清掃がきちんとされていて、アメニティやシーツやタオル類は真っ白で清潔です。トイレと風呂も別ですし、素泊まりなら十分だと思います。宿代を浮かせてもらった代わりに、ひろめ市場などで地元の美味しいものを食べたりと、別のところに予算を使うことができました。連泊して２日連続で朝食を付けましたが、２日とも同じメニューだったので、気にされる方は朝食無しにしてひろめ市場や近隣のお店を利用しても良いなぁと思いました。食事のメニューはかなり栄養面が考えられてると思います。肉じゃが付きの和朝食＋あんぱんでした。（朝ドラがあんぱんだからかも！）お腹いっぱいになりました。朝食はロビーでいただきました。提供されてる朝食も、限られたスペースの中で出来る最大限のことをしてくださってると思います。コインランドリーは古めです。洗濯機と乾燥機が別になってるため、30分で入れ替えが必要になることや、乾燥は１時間かかったので、遅い時間に洗濯すると大変かもしれません。それでも我が家は洗濯できて助かりました。 スタップの方々が温かく、大変気にかけてもらいました。この度はありがとうございました。
