"Everything was fantastic but only thing I think would have made it so much better is a fridge in the rooms. Iv never stayed in a hotel that does t provide a fridge in the room and they provide coffee but no milk but then they was no fridge to store your own"

"The location was excellent— very close to main square but far enough away not to hear noise from the square. The rooms were quaint. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom had lots of hot water and great shower. There were many cafes and breakfast places near by and a convenient little grocery store. There were a few drawbacks however. There was alot of noise internal to the hotel, particularly from the room above in the late hours and middle of the night. The drapes could not be pulled to cover all the windows meaning bright light v early in the morning. The internet was not great— wifi would go on and off. The front entrance to the hotel was dingy. It was difficult for taxis and tour vans to get street access meaning we often had to walk a few blocks to be picked up or dropped off. Having said all this, if it was not for the internal noise in the hotel i would stay there again."

"For a five-star hotel, it felt fairly unremarkable. The lobby and bar were probably the highlights of the property, although we didn’t get to enjoy them much since we were traveling with a toddler. The location is convenient, within easy walking distance of both the Main Market Square and Wawel Castle. We stayed in a Premium Room, which was spacious enough but otherwise fairly standard. Unfortunately, it faced the interior courtyard, making the room feel darker and more enclosed than we would have liked."

"Enjoyable stay at the Radisson Red Krakow. Modern and fully air conditioned which was helpful during the heatwave. Location is 10 mins walk from main station, 15 mins from Old Town but there are bus and tram stops close by."
