"on a poireauté 2 heures...personne à l'accueil. J'etais en contact avec ke tchat d'hotel.com. On m' a proposé.un changement par le site ou un avoir de 30€pour changer...Ça n'a jamais fonctionné du coup, on est allés dabs un hôtel proche. Il faisait nuit, il.pleuvait.
