Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Lage ist für eine Städteteise nach Koblenz ideal. Wenn man nicht 20 Minuten bis zur Altstadt laufen möchte, hat man direkt vor der Tür alle paar Minuten die Möglichkeit, mit dem Bus zu fahren. In zwei Gehminuten kann man bei Aldi bis 21.00 Uhr einkaufen. Ein Rewe wird gerade neu gebaut. Unsere Restaurantempfehlung: Pizzeria Artuso im Kolpinghaus, St. Elisabeth Straße 8. Sehr gutes Essen und sehr freundliches Personal zu angemessenen Preisen.

Sehr schöne und neuwertige Wohnung in noch recht zentraler Lage. Sehr nette Vermieter, die Fragen sehr schnell beantworten. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind zwar vorhanden, aber in einem Waschkeller zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung und nicht kostenlos (insg. 8 Euro). Das ist ok, aber im Vorfeld nicht transparent.Insgesamt aber klare Empfehlung!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir hatten die Tropical- und Marvel-Wohnungen für ein Wochenende gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnungen sind wie abgebildet sehr modern und sauber. Die Erstausstattung war super und mit der Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür ist man schnell in der Altstadt. In der Tropical- Wohnung waren leider nur die großen Duschhandtücher und klitzekleine Gästehandtücher. Bei einem Telefonat mit der netten Gastgeberin hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Handtücher für Gesicht/Haare scheinbar von den Reinigungskräften vergessen worden sind. Schade, dass die Betten in den großen Schlafzimmern auch „nur“ 140 cm breit sind. Der Platz für ein 180-cm-Bett wäre auf jeden Fall da. Aber das war kein Manko für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnungen uneingeschränkt weiter.

Sehr schöne Wohnung.

20 min. Fußweg und man ist in der Koblenzer Altstadt. Der Ausblick der Wohnung ist nicht so toll, man schaut direkt auf den Parkplatz von Aldi und Rewe. Wir würden die Wohnung trotzdem wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, größer als auf den Bildern

Die Wohnung "Marvel" war sehr modern eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Bett ist mit 1,40m jedoch etwas klein, wenn man nicht gerade ein Pärchen ist. Der Check-In lief unkompliziert, so war eine flexible Anreise möglich. Gut gefallen hat uns auch die Lage, direkt vor der Wohnung gab es eine Bushaltestelle, von wo aus der Bus Richtung Innenstadt fährt. Nebenan sind zwei Supermärkte, sodass man seine Einkäufe nicht lange schleppen musste. In der gut ausgestatteten Küche ließ es sich auch super kochen. Es gab sogar Backpapier und Alufolie.

Neue und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Nebenan befinden sich einige Läden. Wenn man keinen Wert auf einen schönen Ausblick legt, ist die Wohnung empfehlenswert.
