  • This bright apartment is located on the 1st floor and is very modern and fully equipped with a new bathroom, a modern new kitchen with all appliances, a flat-screen TV, a box-spring double bed, etc., cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

    It features a large south-facing balcony and is situated in a quiet, prime residential area in 56075 Koblenz-Karthause (Karthäuserhof complex), near the University of Applied Sciences and the Federal Archives, with the Koblenz City / Train Station bus stop just 150 metres away.

    Long-term guests are welcome—significant discount/monthly flat rate.

    Upon booking, you will receive a digital guest information packet with all the details.
    For our business guests, we can issue an invoice with VAT itemized.
