Normally there is an option to collect your key in a coded box or something after the reception is closed. But okay, fair enough, it’s my mistake to not follow these rules. But no card payment in 2025?! That’s a big drawback which easily can be fixed. You leave it to your guests to spend 30 minutes to find an ATM...

"Everything and anything in the castle stinks with cat urine! The sanitation department should check this place. A cat killed a mouse right in front of us in the "lobby"...
