Good value western hotel
We chose to stay here due to local priximity to our business in Miki. The hotel is good value for a Western style 'upscale' hotel. Room was spacious compared to many Ive had in Japan. Only downside was that the carpets in my room were badly stained. The breakfast buffet is good and has both western and Japanese options. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Very few English speaking people in this area.

A have stayed at this hotel everytime I have visited Kobe and feel that it keeps getting better. The service is great and the rooms are really spacious (unlike place else in Japan) and clean. Highly recommend staying here next time you are in Kobe.

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station and the view was lovely overlooking the plaza. It was a lovely place to stay, clean, spacious comfortable.

古いながらも綺麗にされており、昭和感があって落ち着きました！ホテルの周りは色々とあるのでちょっと買い物やご飯を食べに出るにも便利かと思います。 部屋の暗さとエアコンの効きの悪さ、据付の棚の閉まりが悪いことやバスタブの黒ずみなど、施設面で気になる点が何箇所かありました。

10階以下のスタンダードルームに泊まりました。部屋は広く、総じて快適なのですが、コンセントがベッド、テーブル周りに一つしかありませんでした。分岐タップが必要です。

総じて良好だが換気が・・・
出張で２泊の利用をしました。 ホテル全体での清潔感などは問題ありません。 車は地下の駐車場に停めました。１日８００円です。 ひとつ気になったのは、部屋の換気です。 風呂からの湿気が部屋に滞留し朝には窓と窓枠がベタベタになっていました。 換気音(排気音)も聞こえなかったので、換気しているのか分かりませんでしたが、部屋の湿度が抜けていなかったことから換気が不十分だと感じました。 それ以外は気になったことは無く良かったです。 ホテルの隣にイオンがあり便利です。

駅から直ぐで便利❗️
駅から近く、周りに商業施設、コンビニ、レストランなどがあり、とても便利が良かったです。クリスマスのイルミネーションが近くの商業施設の通りとホテル前にされていて、とても綺麗でした。家族がアイロンと台をお借りした際に直ぐに届けてくださいました。部屋にアメニティや緑茶は揃っていますが、フロントで紅茶、コーヒー、砂糖、飴、入浴剤など追加で自由にお取りくださいとありました。又機会が有れば、お世話になりたいと思います。

おすすめしません。
部屋の壁紙は黄色に変色し消臭はしてあるものの若干タバコの匂いを感じた。窓はガラスが固定されており開閉不可、部屋が狭いのでかなり圧迫感を感じた。極めつけはベッド、スプリングが完全に伸びきり、きしみ、異常な程の沈み、創業時から交換はされていない感じがした。もう二度と泊まる事はない。
