We Stayed in the family villa and it was amazing, the pool was great after walking around the island in the heat all day. Water, Pepsi orange juice and some snacks were provided in the room for free. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great stay. Woukd absolutely stay here again!

Bed hard as a wooden plank, metal racks for hanging towels are rusty, which as a result, covered my swimwear with rust. Staff not at all accommodating, terrible service.

I was not able to make it to the hotel sunce my flight arrived In late and there were no means of getting to the property, I called the hotel with no answer and wrote messages , contacted the expedia desk with no Answer from the hotel side untill it was already too late, they still charged me for the whole stay In this situation I think there are no cancelation policies that agree with this abuse. The name of the property should be “U rip my money”

My room was so bad that I checked in and checked out two hours later. I'm very disappointed. The photos did not reflect what the hotel actually looks like in person. The sheets were dirty and the bathroom was filthy. The room was dirty as a whole. It was a hike to get to and from my room. I would not recommend anyone stay here, ever. Can't express enough how disappointed I am and also upset I have to type this on my vacation.

Room was clean and as described. Was impressed with the room. However overall property amenities could be improved such as the pool loungers and the breakfast tables and chairs, new lounger and tables and chairs would go a long way to improving the look of the property. As currently they are just old plastic ones.

Perfect!
Very nice stay. Beautiful spot in kho phi phi. Little nice villas, brand new, clean bedrooms, clean bathrooms. Staff very helpfull. Golf cart shuttle to the lobby very fast. Nice breakfast with nice Variety. Only 15 min walk to center, 15-20 min to viewpoint , and 15min to longbeach. It is really a good location. I recommend and I will come again for sure.

The cleanliness and condition of the room is bad!
The room cleanliness very bad. The shower room condition is bad. The towel holder also broken. The safety box cannot function. A lot of improvememt need.

Fantastic resort, exeeded expectations, staff couldnt do enough for you and always offered lifts to and from our room in the golf buggie. Great breakfast and amazing service. Couldnt be happier. Would definitely stay again!!!

Quiet, comfortable and convenient
Lovely hotel on Phi Phi located at end of boardwalk. Quiet, updated rooms with excellent A/C and strong Internet. Breakfast was adequate (eggs, toast, local Thai options). Golf carts available to take you up the hill. Would recommend.

Long walk from the pier, not good for disabilities
The resort is very nice and the room is great however, the walk from the pier is VERY long and there is no transport! If you have walking issues like I do , it is VERY difficult! They did accommodate by taking me via golf cart back to the pier on my departure otherwise I would not have made the very long walk in the heat . The rooms are up very steep hills but they take you back and forth via golf cart as well , you just call the desk for a pick up. Just be aware of the very long walk from the pier to the hotel when you arrive. They will have someone to transport your baggage for you but they walk very fast ! If you don’t keep up and you lose sight of them ,then you will have to stop and ask for directions to find the resort.

Good stay but far
Resort was ok but room is up at the hill. Although there's shuttle service, you need to wait. Also breakfast was just fair and location is quite far from main part of the island.

Peace and quiet
We had a wonderful stay. The resort is located approx 10 to15 min walk from Tonsai Pier. A bit removed from all the activities and noise of the main tourist areas. The hotel provides a free porter service for luggage from the pier and back. Check in was very efficient. The rooms are located against a hill but there is a golf cart with driver to shuttle you around. Our room was clean, spacious, had coffee facilities and a mini bar. The air conditioner worked well. A decent amount of options provided for breakfast.

New, clean, and quiet!
My boyfriend and I spent two nights at the U Rip Resort in mid August. The hotel reception is directly on the beach with the swimming pool, breakfast buffet, cafe and convenience store, while the bungalows and bungalow-style rooms are arranged heading up the hillside, spreading out behind the main area. The staff were kind and helpful: check in was easy and they drove us by golf cart up the hill to our room with our luggage. The rooms were very new and clean with a nice, simple layout and ample space for two people. Free sodas and snacks were waiting for us and bottled water was provided daily. Good wifi and flat screen TV, which we didn't really have time to use. Nice, clean bathroom with a great shower. The bed was excellent: very big, firm mattress. Great balcony/patio with wicker chairs and a nice view of the ocean and mountain side. Quiet, private, and peaceful area, away from the nightlife and parties in town. It's a bit of a hike to get back up to the rooms, but if you aren't coming and going late at night, there's the option of getting a ride in the golf cart (or enjoying the exercise). We couldn't figure out how to use the safe and there wasn't a phone in the room to call for advice...but since it also wasn't bolted down to anything, we didn't see the point in hassling with it. Overall, this is a great place for those who want more privacy and don't need to be in constant contact with the nightlife.

Very dirty hotell, the room was maybe 2 stars in the best way. The bed was so hard to sleep on. Not possible to have a good night sleep. Back pain.

시설이 그렇게 좋지는 않아요 그냥 일반 호텔 같은 느낌 입니다 대신 화장실이 건식 타일이라 저는 정말 만족 했구요 리조트 수영장이랑 바로 옆 비치는 너무 잘되어 있어서 재미나게 놀았어요 근데 1박 당 수건은 2장 밖에 제공을 안해주시더라구요 이 부분이 좀 아쉬웠어요 항구까지 도보로 10~15분 정도 걸리는데 체크인,체크 아웃 할때 짐을 실어다주시는 서비스 덕분에 편했습니다 왠만한 놀거리나 먹거리들이 항구 부근에 위치해 있어요 대신 먼 거리는 아니라 이 정도는 괜찮았습니다 가성비가 좋아서 다음번에도 이용할거 같아요

Nicht zu empfehlen
Hotel und Insel haben uns nicht gefallen. Reinigung, Sauberkeit könnten bei beiden helfen. Nur der größe Pool war sauber, ind den kleineren sind wir nicht rein. Zimmer nicht schön, Hotel könnte generell besser gereinigt werden. Wir haben die Insel einen Tag früher verlassen, da wir enttäuscht waren.

O hotel fica numa praia deserta incrível, tem boas instalações e uma ótima piscina. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, com pouca variedade. Staff prestativo e serviço de transporte gratuito de bagagens do píer ao hotel e vice versa.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich! Die Lage is perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit wunderbarem Sandstrand vor der Tür und ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg in die Innenstadt. Der Pool ist sehr groß aber leider nicht sehr tief wodurch das Wasser sehr warm ist. Das war aber weiterhin kein Problem für uns.

Hotellet var hyffsat nybyggt, låg på en höjd längst bort på den gångväg man gjort bort från centrum, bra med fri skjuts upp och ner med golfbil, backen var inte att leka med! Poolen var liten och varm, delades likt receptionen med hotellet framför. Frukosten var usel, thaimat och vitt bröd i stort sett. Fanns inte ens kaffe? Bara varmt vatten o pulver som på rummet... Personalen mkt hjälpsam och trevlig dom vanligt i thailand

Superbe emplacement, quasi les pieds dans l'eau. Du coté calme de kho phi phi. Les petits déjeuners et repas sont pris avec une vue splendide sur la mer. Petit déjeuner varié. L'accueil et la dévotion du personnel sont au top. Nous avions une chambre dans les hauteurs et les voituriers anticipaient tout le temps nos besoins en nous remontant. Chambre confirme avec mini bar gratuit eau, boissons, jus et snacks salés. Seul bémol nous avions une litetie neuve qui était trop ferme à notre goût.

Hotellet ligger mitt emellan stan och Long Beach - bra. Rummet jättefint men lite dålig terrass. Poolen kändes ofräsch och låg öppet mot strandpromenaden. God frukost men väldigt mycket katter och flugor.

Det var inte vad vi förväntade oss ifrån bilder. Hotellpoolen var grön och luktade illa. Hotellfrukosten kändes bara som massproducering och ingen omtanke i den.. När rummet blev städat fick vi inga små handdukar 3 dagen och morgonrocken som vi slängde i tvätt fick vi inte tillbaka. Vi är tyvärr inte nöjda över vistelsen.

Leider muss ich diesem Hotel eine sehr schlechte Bewertung geben. Die Zimmer sind von der Einrichtung her absolut in Ordnung, aber leider stinkt es aus den Abflussrohren derart stark nach Gülle das wir in der ersten Nacht kaum schlafen konnten. Nachdem wir uns beschwerten bot man uns 2 weitere Zimmer an die aber leider auch nicht besser waren. Ein weiteres angebotenes Zimmer war vom Abfluss ok, aber wiederum von der Einrichtung sehr alt und kleiner. Dazu kam das es Nachts teilweise laut war und die Zimmermädchen morgens auf dem Flur rumpolterten. Ganz klar keine Empfehlung.

Mysigt hotell en bit ifrån centrum
Hotellet var som en liten by, mycket tryggt och mysigt. Ligger ca 15 minuter gångavstånd ifrån barerna. Hotellet hade endast en sak att påpekas om, vattnet i dushen och handfatet smakade salt och en dag var det brunt vatten som kom ut. Detta åtgärdades snabbt när vi sa till i receptionen. I övrigt rent och fräsht hotell.

Un très bel hôtel
Séjour de 5 nuits. Bel emplacement au calme mais proche de tout. Personnel avenant et efficace. Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre confortable. Manque seulement un deuxième placard ou une commode. Jaccuzi avec vue sur la mer très agréable. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

We stayed just one night in this accomodation - fortunately just one night! For the price we paid for this hotel it‘s like a wretchedness how dirty and unclean our room was. The floor was dirty, in the bed I saw hairs probably from the persons being in that room before us, also the bathroom was really dirty. I didn’t want to take a bath there just because of the fact how dirty it was. The breakfast was nearly a disaster - just outside with thousands of bees and flys, the restaurant complex hadn‘t got any normal tables or chairs, like they were from the year 1800 - dirty and broken. It felt like one false step and it collapses. All in all I can‘t recommend this hotel..
