"We had a lovely stay in Koh Mook. This hotel offers great value and service. Rooms are extremely clean and the staff are very dedicated and help immediately with any small request. I don’t understand the negative reviews. This is an inexpensive hotel on a remote island. I arrived in a cast and they were very kind and helpful. "

"Good location and cool vibe for accommodation. The bathtub on the balcony was a nice touch, though the water didn’t quite get hot enough. The bed was comfy and room cleaned well by the staff, they kept in touch via WhatsApp for any support / local recommendations / transport arrangements. The view from the pool/restaurant is incredible and worth heading up for.
