"Hi. The hotel is on a beautiful place. The beach, sea, rooms and staff are lovely. What is lacking is attention to simple detail that should be led by management. The pool water gets full of leaves and the sides are covered in algae. This would be simple to fix and manage. The food is ok, but often served cold. The beach bar is never open. There are lots of lovely staff but they are not managed and seem to have plenty of time that could be focused on these things. I would stay again but it is just let down by somethings management could fix very easily if they cared. "

"The hotel is excellent value for money - Great rooms, big and well maintained pool, nice spa/massage parlor (which is a little more expensive than the local norm) and the beach on our doorstep. Breakfast is varied and good quality. The staff speak very good English at the reception and are very helpful. On the quieter side of the island, perfect if that’s what you are looking for. The main pier for speedboats is about 40 mins away (if you are interested in day trips). The local beach is really fantastic - clean, nice sand, great water (good for kids) and beautiful sunsets. If you want nightlife and shops, the closest is 15 mins away at Khlong Nin. "

"Nice rooms. Comfortable bed in deluxe room. Great location as an easy walk to restaurants. Only problem was on the last 3 days we had a smell coming from the drain. "

"The manageress leads a great team from the front. Her attention to detail, proactive approach, smile and friendliness are outstanding. The bungalow was quaint, soon got used to no tv and the often cold shower became welcome in the extreme heat. The mattress was superb and the bed linen top quality. The restaurant serves good quality fresh food. An enjoyable, peaceful stay in a clean safe environment "
