Very nice house with comfortable beds and everything you need while away from home. Super nice furnishings made it feel more open, modern and cozy at the same time. Knoxville and U of Tennessee is just a 15 minute drive away. Great stay!
We were in town with family for the football game. It was very easy to get back and forth from Market Square and campus. The house was lovey and very clean. Beds were comfortable and house was well stocked with anything you would need. We would definitely stay again.
Good location in a nice neighborhood. House exactly as promised. One level ranch great for multi-generational family with older folks not keen on stairs/steps, etc.
Welcoming property with user friendly entry and living accomodations.
This property includes beds for people of all ages. There's also many extras which includes toiletries, coffee, and even some food. It's such a relief when you don't have to buy spices or a 5lb bag of sugar for a short stay. Thanks to the owners!
This property was great for what we needed. We had a family reunion here and it worked for everyone having their own rooms. It was close to everything, yet in the country away from the busy town. The master is awesome!! Loved the shower and walk in closet. It was clean and had a nice outside sitting area. We even talked about renting again in the future for more get togethers.
The property was exactly what we needed! 15 min from downtown Knoxville and easy access after the football game (when parking downtown Knoxville). Kitchen had everything we needed to make goodies and our tailgating meal. Tons of towels and beds were very comfortable (pillows were great and we are pillow snobs…lol). Thank you for your quick responses as well!
There were 3 couples and one single person. The three bedrooms with huge beds was great. There was an air mattress in the master bedroom closet, but they decided to sleep on the couch. We were able to park all 3 vehicles without issue. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to get everyone fed. The towels were luxurious. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.
The house is very nice. Comfortable. Would like tv in bedroom. We used the house as our base point. Did not get to spend much time there other than sleeping. Every morning there was a little rabbit in the back yard
This property is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Well appointed lawns with holiday decorations. The home is nicely furnished and very clean. All appliances worked well, the beds were very comfortable and we all enjoyed much needed rest. It was actually a good thing that the one television was in the living room. That kept us "resting only" in our bedrooms. Oh, the two car garage was truly a blessing. The backyard is private and it has a nice patio. Unfortunately the weather was too cold and rainy for us to utilize it. Definitely would recommend this house for families with children or like us, all adults. Definitely would stay here again.
This was a very comfy house for our group of 6 adults. House was clean and homey feeling. The host was very receptive to communication and easy check-in and out. Good location if attending Vols game as it wasn’t too far away from Neyland Stadium. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Knoxville.
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is stocked with everything a family would need. The furniture was comfortable and stylish as well! The house was very clean and the owners were very easy to work with.
Stayed here for a recent baseball tournament and was much happier than being in a hotel. Lots of room, great backyard, clean and nice bathrooms. Close to downtown and right where we needed to be for multiple games around Knoxville.
The house was very clean and spacious. In a nice subdivision. Close to shopping and food in Knoxville and 2 golf courses. Would definitely stay here again! Host was great!
Convenient Location Between Lake Norris and Pigeon Forge
We stayed here because the location was between Lake Norris and Dollywood. The house is located in a small, safe neighborhood. It is just as described and looks just like the photos. The check-in process was very easy, and Robb was proactive with information. We had no issues while there. If we returned to this area, we would definitely consider renting this property again.
Very clean, just far away enough from downtown. Everything was great and plenty if room for the fam. Just a thought, could cover the back patio with corrugated hard plastic to keep outdoor furniture and guests dry when hanging out back. That you for the great accomodations.
Michael J Vear and family.
The house was very nice and well equipped. I was scheduled to stay at this house for a week, but I left 2 days early. Dogs in the neighborhood barked almost continuously from the time I got home around 6 until 10 or 11 at night and started barking again when folks started getting up and about in the morning. Even with background noise in the bedroom to try to sleep, I could still hear them barking.
Beautifully decorated home in peaceful outskirts of Knoxville exactly as pictured in the description. Super comfy beds, thick plush towels in bathrooms & kitchen well stocked. Robb was an excellent host. We had an amazing weekend stay & we definitely plan to come back.
