First and most important, is double check your credit card. I was charged 2x. At check in they charged me for my stay even though I already paid thru Expedia. Getting it reversed took a couple days because there was never a manager available. Breakfast is served from 6-9am but the first 3 days of my 5 day stay, they were out of food shortly after 8am. Room service is only available if you ask for it, which is fine, but we were not told that during our check in process. At the end of day 2, I had to ask for more towels and they seemed put out that I was asking late at night. The location is great. Many food options close by too. My stay just wasn’t what I am used to at a La Quinta.
