Our room was dirty- the air vents, the bed frames, and dust hanging from the ceiling. We were next to a room with a barking dog and you could hear talking from other rooms. The staff was really kind and I loved the themed decor! Overall though, it wasn’t bad, just underwhelming.

It is convenient to all of the UTK campus. They really up charge during graduation time. You must valet park at 35.00 a day. They had free Wi-Fi and I did purchase a coffee and breakfast sandwich at the coffee bar and they were excellent. As for the room. It was a basic room and very small. The door was difficult to open and close. And the only place to change your clothes without it opening into the hallway was the bathroom, so I will give that a negative. I wish I had taken pictures to really show how small this king room was, because we paid 1600 for 2 nights and should have traveled out west or stayed a block or 2 over in the downtown area for a larger room and a full restaurant with room service. Would we stay there again? Probably not, due to the exuberant prices. I would rent a loft or stay in a hotel in downtown and walk a few blocks.

Very unique college themed hotel. Very comfortable beds. The only small issue was a noisy air conditioning unit in our room. I would stay here again.
