The room was very comfortable and the staff was so kind and excellent. I'm here for a medical emergency for my daughter and they were above and beyond kind. I really appreciate them. It's a very nice hotel.
Very disappointing stay given the price point. Very basic, old motel. Main complaint is the noise from the freeway was unbelievably loud. It literally sounded like we were directly next to the road.
Facility was older and worn. VERY limited breakfast, really nothing much, should not be advertised. Packaged stale muffins. Noisy party in parking lot after dark was annoying.

Not bad for the money
Was pretty good. No major complaints. Affordable room, and the night audit was extremely nice. Room seemed pretty clean especially in comparison to other extended stays I have been to. I would most likely come back
No amenities in the room, not even a coffee pot. Shower would not drain, so you stood in dirty water. AN hour later, water still there. We are dog people, but our room stunk of wet dog from previous stay. Would not recommend
There were bugs in the room. Bed bugs and some other kind. We did not stay. The lady working the front desk was very apologetic and extremely helpful that was the only good thing about this place. Strange smell in room.

Clean, but feels like older property, like a renovated motel.

1st if it wasn't for the GPS
It would have not been found
Drove threw the bible book store parking lot to get here, they had a small sign, office lady not wearing a mask 😷 , and can hear every truck off 75 at night, plus someone dancing above me luckily it stopped after the game
When I walked up to the property, I was greeted by people hollering off their balconies, asking me “what do you want?” and “what are you looking for?”. The hotel clerk was less than friendly; definitely not welcoming. The noise from the highway was insanely loud. Upon leaving after a quick sleep, I was again confronted on my way to my car, by hotel patrons that were hanging around by my car. I was again asked what I was looking for, and if I needed anything. I said no and left as quickly as possible. It was nothing but a rough crowd hanging out and hollering at the incoming guests.
For the short time we stayed it was good. The room was very clean, also with comfortable bed. The room was bigger than normal places we’ve stayed. I love the extra space. And it was close to everything.
I reserved 2 Queen sized bed rooms, 1 each for my daughter and me. On arrival I was told they were overbooked for Queen size rooms. All that was available was one room with twin sized beds. I said the twin beds didn’t matter. I just needed to sleep but needed 2 rooms because I snore. She said I had only booked one room, paid online for one room, and would have to pay full price for the second room. At 11pm, very tired, I just paid the charges and went to sleep. The air conditioner rattled so badly that I had to turn it off and listen to freeway noise all night long as I tried to sleep. When I got home I looked at my confirmation email. It was for 1 night, 2 rooms. Unhappy that the hotel was overbooked for Queen rooms. Very unhappy that I paid an extra $93.00 after already paying for 2 rooms with Queen beds. To sleep in twin bed with no air conditioning all night.
I would've been completely satisfied if i hadn't had to fight with ants on my bed side table through out the (did notify the office) night but nothing was done to take care of it. I'm also up set that i was charged for advance wifi although i was never able to mirror to the tv in order to watch movies on it. Other than that everything was good as far as service, cleanliness, and hospitality. I would still recommend it and would return myself.
Staff were courteous, very helpful, and easily available. The lack of an in room coffee maker was definitely an issue, as was the lack of a hair dryer. I expected the room to have a bit more floor space than is the case.
