Great property that’s super close to the UT facilities and campus! Very contemporary design and super comfortable space. The home was very clean and superior in price and design from any hotel room I found! WiFi was simple to use - coffee maker with supplies convenient - washer and dryer right in the home! I highly recommend this property and if back in Knoxville will check its availability.

Fantastic accommodations, clean, comfortable and well decorated. It would have been helpful to have had a mirror in the front bedroom due to having someone sleeping in the living room where the full mirror was located.

Loved our stay at this beautiful, recently renovated & clean place. Comfy beds. Great location for our gymnastics competition at the convention center. Easy to get to fabulous restaurants in downtown Knoxville. Owner was responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great small cottage, all updated and very clean. Location was perfect for the Univ of Tenn move in. Only negative was road traffic and noise but would still stay there again

Great Location for UT Game

The location was perfect for Neyland Stadium. We were able to walk there since no Ubers were available. The home was clean and communication was great! It was the perfect weekend in Knoxville.

UTK Family Weekend

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The place is very well appointed, has a nice large living room for people to hang out in and the beds were very comfortable. Everything has been redone in the house so it feels brand new! Uber's were not very available all over town due to it being Family Weekend so we were glad we picked a place that is walkable to campus or downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this property for Thanksgiving- great location, close to downtown Knoxville and my daughter’s apartment. Host was very accommodating- she even got a roasting pan for the home when she found out we would be cooking Thanksgiving dinner there! :) Home was cozy and bright- had everything we needed for our family holiday!

We rented this to stay in until my daughter’s apartment was ready while she started school at UT. Very clean and close to campus - would be PERFECT for a UT football game. Owner was very helpful and anticipated needs very well. Excellent communication.

Don't judge a book by its cover. A lot of construction going on which will likely make the area very desirable. The inside is well decorated and extremely clean.

Pictures don’t do this gem justice!

This small home was perfect for our stay and drop off for our two daughters @ UTK! It was clean, inviting and impeccably decorated. Lovely little home. The neighborhood is slightly outside the school radius and a car was mandatory. I can’t wait to go back!
