  • Beautiful full kitchen with new appliances (oven, stove and microwave). The kitchen includes all your basic essentials. A dining area that comfortably seats 4 people. Feel relaxed in your private bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed, plenty of closet/storage space, and a Roku TV. A spacious living room area with a queen sized sofa bed and a 55 inch TV with a Firestick. Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+ and Amazon prime are all available at your fingertips. There are board games in the coffee table and a vintage Nintendo console in the TV stand for your entertainment. A private bathroom stocked with fresh towels and bathroom essentials. Last but not least a laundry room with washer and dryer to wash clothes and linen if needed.

    THIS IS THE BOTTOM UNIT OF A HOME CONVERTED INTO TWO SEPARATE SPACES. I LIVE IN THE TOP UNIT. THERE ARE NO SHARED SPACES, YOU HAVE THE ENTIRE UNIT TO YOURSELVES INCLUDING FULL KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY.
