    Only 3 miles and roughly 5-7 min from the University of Tennessee, our home is great for large groups! With accommodations for up to 15 people combined with the central and convenient location, you won't want to stay anywhere else!

Perfect place for our visit

Had some events in and near Knoxville. This was a great location for getting around. Very clean home and enjoyed the porch. Communication with owner was prompt and friendly. I would gladly stay here again on a future trip.
