Updated home in transitional neighborhood

House is wonderful- clean, updated, original floors and good layout. The neighborhood is transitioning from warehouses and bars into condos and small businesses for the UT crowd. We had two teens in our group and weren’t comfortable with them waking alone, given the nearby homeless shelters and proximity to the highway. But house is wonderful!

Nice house

Nicely remodeled home located in a hip part of town. Some excessive noise from nearby beer garden but that was probably due to holiday festivities. White noise devices provided. Kitchen well-equipped. Rules of the house clearly spelled out.

Nice

Property was good. Nicely remodeled. Biggest things that we did not like..1. Air conditioning did not keep up. Was very warm upstairs.. We kept having to shut it off for hours and turning it back on. Had to purchase a fan for the upstairs bedroom in order to sleep.2. The bar right behind the house was incredibly loud every night. So if entire time. Made it very hard to sleep with the noise and it being very hot. 3. Not much water pressure in the showers.
